Dzivhani Construction & Projects is 100 % black owned and managed, initiated in the year 2006 and founded by Ndivho Dzivhani who was later joined by his wife Kedibone Dzivhani.
The Company is based in Gauteng and offers their services in the whole of Gauteng with a long term goal of growing the Business nationally.
Since inception, Dzivhani Constructions & Projects has constructed Big and Small Structures and in the process made all their clients happy.
We have the capacity to render a professional service.

Kendis Demolishers has been born from Dzivhani Constructions & Projects.
Kendis Demolishers is one of the largest players in Demolition and offers a full spectrum of demolition. We have demolished small and big structures.

Community – We are supplying used material to the NGO`s for building Shelters for the HIV infected Community at no cost.
